Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Specmatics Technologies Pvt Ltd collects when you use techdiagrams.net, why, and who else processes it.

What we collect

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your documents to train AI models.

Working without an account

The editor is local-first. Used signed out, your work stays in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us. Signing in enables cloud sync.

Processors we use

• WorkOS — authentication and organisation membership
• Razorpay — subscription payments. Card details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers
• Railway — application hosting and the primary database
• Cloudflare — content delivery, and R2 object storage for images and backups
• Resend — transactional email such as verification and workspace invitations
• Vercel — the AI Gateway every built-in AI request is routed through
• Anthropic and Google — the models behind the built-in AI features. Content you send to an AI feature is transmitted through the gateway to these providers to generate a response. If you bring your own key or run a local model, requests go from your browser to that provider and never through us

AI features

AI assistance is optional. When you use the built-in AI, the relevant parts of your document are sent to the provider above to produce a response. Providers do not use this content to train their models under our agreements.

Cookies

We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. The marketing site uses standard analytics cookies. The editor itself carries no third-party trackers.

Retention

We keep your account and documents while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your personal data and documents within 30 days, except where we must retain records — for example billing records — to meet legal obligations. Encrypted backups are retained for up to 12 months.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords, where used, are stored only as salted hashes. Access to production data is limited to those who need it to operate the Service.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may export your documents from the Service at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
